Consultation
Starting with a detailed checklist, Styled To Sell will assess the home from curb to attic, making notes of the areas that can be improved and/or repaired so that your house sells quickly. If making repairs in not an option, Styled To Sell can help distract the buyer's eyes by creating focal points and minimizing unsightly areas. Styled To Sell will also make recommendations on how to change furniture and accessories around so that the room is as inviting and appealing as possible. After the consultation is complete, Styled To Sell will send you a written report within 48 hours covering everything that was seen and discussed during the visit to the home. The consultation option is great for the home owner that is a “do it yourself” individual. (Initial consultation applies to a two hour time frame, additional time will be charged in 15 minute increments.)
Redesign for Home Staging
Styled to Sell looks at your home from a buyer's perspective and will rearrange your furniture and accessories to create a look that immediately appeals to a wide range of buyers, allowing them to see themselves living in your home, and feeling as though this is the perfect house for them. Styled To Sell will come into the home and de-clutter any areas that need to be cleared, and then will use what is already in the home to give rooms the “WOW” factor. Styled to Sell will also stage empty homes. It can be as simple as creating pockets of interest, or extensive as renting furniture for the entire home.
SpaceLift Package
This premium Styled to Sell package includes both the Consultation and Redesign for Home Staging. This package includes a three-room staging, usually the living room, entryway, and kitchen, plus showing tips. This is a great way to get your home prepared quickly and easily staging the three most important rooms in the home. If one of these three rooms does not require staging, we will work together with the homeowner to develop another room to stage in order for the home to have maximum impact.
E-mail Consultations
If you do not live in the area or are pressed for time, you can email me digital pictures of all the rooms in your house, as well as pictures of the exterior. I will review all of the photos and send back a written report within 48 hours with all of the recommendations.
Accessory Rental
Styled to Sell can provide you with accessories to accent and highlight different aspects of your home starting at the rate of $50 per month (one month minimum).
